This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for jewellery purchased from mayukhicollection.in.
Cancellation by You
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel, please contact us at support@mayukhicollection.in with your order number and request.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return instead.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the jewellery by emailing support@mayukhicollection.in and providing photos of the issue.
Once we approve the return, you must ship the item back to us at the address provided.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refunds do not cover shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Non‑Returnable Items
Custom‑made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless it is defective.
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if the item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.
In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund the amount paid, if any, within 5–7 working days.
