This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for jewellery purchased from mayukhicollection.in.
Cancellation by You
  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To cancel, please contact us at support@mayukhicollection.in with your order number and request.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return instead.
Returns and Refunds
  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the jewellery by emailing support@mayukhicollection.in and providing photos of the issue.
  • Once we approve the return, you must ship the item back to us at the address provided.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds do not cover shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Non‑Returnable Items
  • Custom‑made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless it is defective.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
Cancellation by Us
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if the item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.
  • In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund the amount paid, if any, within 5–7 working days.
